May 9: Wendy Mass and Roland Smith via Sype thanks to PTA !   Wendy Mass  is the author of 11 Birthdays, Every Soul A Star,  LeapDay, Jeremy Fink and the Meaning of Life, A Mango Shaped Space, 12 Finally, Heaven Looks A Lot Like the Mall.  Roland Smith is the author of Zach’s Lie, Peak, Elephant Run, Storm Runners, Sasquatch, and The Captain’s Dog. All 8^th graders and some 7^th graders participated in our PTSA funded Winter author event.  Chris Crutcher has been a Jackson visitor many times before and is one of the most popular (and most challenged) writers for young adults.
